Stir Fried Steak
flank steak,
vegetables (whatever you like)
onion cut separate the leaves of the onion
Marinate
a few cloves, crushed garlic
pinch ginger
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp white wine
soy sauce?
Sauce
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp Curry powder
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water

First
Fry the spaghetti. Cook your spaghetti al dente and fry it with a little oil.
(flank steak makes the easiest and tastiest and tender steak to make stir fried)
Cut the steak in strips and marinate in crushed garlic, ginger, cornstarch, wine. Set aside.
Chop your vegetables and make the second sauce by mixing the Sauce ingredients together
Stir fry the meat and put aside when done. Stir fry the vegetables sprinkle ginger on them, when all ready, put the meat back and add the sauce cook till thick. You can add more ingredients as needed on both the sauces.
